The Hardware Association of Victoria (HAV) is the leading industry body representing Victorian hardware retailers and suppliers. Comprising of the Victorian hardware industry’s leading independent retailers, chain stores and suppliers, the HAV provides a forum, and representation for the retail hardware industry.
The HAV offers advice and information to members on a range of issues, including industrial relations, trading hours, human resources, tenancy & leasing, government regulation, training & development, theft and loss prevention, trade information and industry events.
The HAV strives to ensure that members consistently receive a quality, responsive service that adds significant value to their business and bottom line, and to the Victorian hardware industry as a whole. Additionally, the HAV is a valuable resource for media, corporate organizations, and other industry groups seeking information and comment on issues relevant to the hardware and related sectors in Victoria. The organisation is committed to developing business strategies and partnerships that will promote the interests of our members and our industry.
