The Hardware Association of Victoria (HAV) is the leading industry body representing Victorian hardware retailers - suppliers. Comprising the Victorian hardware industry’s leading independent retailers, chain stores and suppliers, the HAV provides a forum, and representation for the retail hardware industry.
Through its affiliation with the Australian Retailers Association, the HAV offers advice and information to members on a range of issues, including industrial relations, trading hours, human resources, tenancy & leasing, government regulation, training & development, theft and loss prevention, trade information and industry events.
The HAV strives to ensure that members consistently receive a quality, responsive service that adds significant value to their business and bottom line, and to the Victorian hardware industry as a whole.
