The HAV remains part of the most effective advocate and service provider for the retail industry both at a national and state level. The HAV represent a vast number of retail businesses making the Association the first port of call for government, media, regulators and other industry participants. By maintaining strong links with government the HAV are able to influence and direct policy that may affect the retail industry.
The focus of the Association is and will remain on the needs of our members, at both state and national levels, and is reflected in all aspects of our operations, from the management of national policy issues to the way the we deal with state specific matters.
