Hardware Association of Victoria (HAV) Industry Awards 2011

 

The Hardware Association of Victoria (HAV) staged its annual awards night for the hardware industry on Wednesday 16th November 2011.  This industry event was held at the Atlantic Group Function Centre on the Docklands.   Attendees included all aspects of industry from hardware stores, hardware suppliers, and key industry participants. 

 

This year’s attractive program acknowledged and encouraged the pursuit of excellence in customer service, diversity and business strategies amongst the Victorian hardware sector.

The HAV Young Retailer of the Year Award

The Young Retailer Award showcases the achievements, skills and spirit of young people working in the retail sector. The HAV looks to these young stars to pave a path for others to follow, by demonstration of developed skills, drive and passion within the industry.

The HAV Store of the Year Award ( Small, Medium, Large and Trade Store Categories)

The Store Award is judged on nominee’s performance of customer excellence, innovation and their business strategy to strive to be an employer of choice. In 2011 we saw a phenomenal amount of nominations for the Store of the Year Award in all five categories.

Winner (Large Category): Fagg's Mitre 10 South Geelong

HAV Representative of the Year Award

The Representative Award is designed to showcase the people that continue to show their customers excellent service and support through their business dealings.

HAV Supplier of the Year Award

The Supplier of the Year Award is intended to honor a business that strives to provide a high level of service and support, with no limit to the assistance provided to their customers.

HAV Employee of the Year Award

The Employee of the Year Award showcases the achievements, skills and spirit of employees working within the hardware retail sector and aims to inspire other staff and younger workers to strive for excellence in their careers.
